One of the great things about being a lean, agile startup is the ability to move and change quickly as the market shifts Most of the time, it is how the company adapts to shifting market conditions that determines its success. Today, we are talking with a company that Went through a major effort to refocus the company on solving the problems their customers were struggling with.
Hey everybody, this is Chris Brandt, welcome to another FUTRtech video podcast. Today Sandesh Patel and I are talking with Clumio’s VP of product, Chadd Kenney. I first met Chadd, when he was VP of Products and Solutions at Pure Storage, and now Chadd has brought those talents to Clumio. Earlier this year, Clumio made the decision to take a step back and re-evaluate how they could best serve the market, and Chadd was one of the architects of this effort. He is here to tell us how they were able to identify important gaps in this rapidly shifting market by listening to the customer. He’s going to tell us how Clumio adapted to solve those challenges.
