After our last discussion with Ricky, Koru was acquired by OpenAccess Ventures and rolled in to their platform. Koru provides them with the skills to find companies with good business fundamentals and to help their early stage investments foster good business practices.

Today we have with us Lindsay Murphy who is host of the Women Lead Data podcast. She is also Head of Data at Secoda, who provides a all-in-one data management platform, with AI powered data search, catalog, lineage and monitoring.
Growing out of the UN's corporate social responsibility initiative over the last 20 years, it has grown to represent more that $30 trillion in managed assets. Some have argued that the initiative has failed to truly impact the cost of capital for irresponsible firms, but this has not stalled the initiatives to push companies towards social responsibility.
Today we are talking with Daniel Ponciano and Grace Yao from PerScholas. Per Scholas believes that a thriving, diverse, workforce requires equitable access to education. They are educating the whole student, having given more than 20,000 students the hard and soft skills they needed to succeed. The best part of this is that they do this for free.
